About us

Margus Sarmet and Kristiina Saul are the spirits of Lingavere.

Margus is a tantrist at heart, a construction engineer by profession, and a gardener and experimenter by nature. He earns his daily living as an entrepreneur and investor, while simultaneously working in construction engineering, producing black garlic, and giving lectures at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences.
Margus holds three master’s degrees from different universities. Additionally, he has completed a tantra teacher course at Agama Yoga School in Thailand, an international yoga teacher course at Karam Krya Yoga School, received training as a transpersonal psychology therapist, and is currently studying horticulture in Räpina.
Margus is devoted to tantra with both his right and left hands!

Kristiina has studied almost all therapy techniques taught in Estonia to create a suitable framework and help people on their personal journey. Additionally, she integrates ancient yoga and tantric wisdom, the art of simply being human, and feminine intuition into her therapy. Kristiina is a lawyer by background, and she has furthered her knowledge at the Holistika Institute, in Brandon Bays’ The Journey therapy, at the private school of Transpersonal Psychology and Hypnotherapy “Teadlik Mina”, and is currently studying body psychotherapy and horticulture at Räpina School of Horticulture.

Margus and Kristiina conduct training courses and camps on various topics. Private consultations and therapy sessions are also available.

Arrival

Lingavere is located 59 km from Tallinn city center in the direction of Tartu. We are located in the middle of fields and forests between Kose and Jäneda, near Kakerdaja bog, on the border of Harju County and Järva County.

To reach Lingavere, use the Google Maps link or search for Lingavere. Using other apps besides Google Maps will get you close, but you’ll have to trek the last couple of kilometers through the forest on foot…. The choice is yours!

You can take bus no. 105 to Voose, from where you will need to take a pleasant 6 km walk through nature. The nearest train station, Kehra, is 21 km away.

Tantric philosophy is about recognizing the wholeness of life.
It does not deny any experience—it accepts everything
and seeks to transform everything.

Śivā-Sūtra, I.2
